No rotting or deterioration of canvas exists. I'm sure they must sell something to remove this, although I have never tried. The canvas does have some staining on it (like maybe it was put away wet at some point). Canvas is in great shape with no rips or tears other than the small repair shown in the one pic. Roof did not leak just the vent cover which is broken. Could be easily repaired or just use it as is. Also i installed a spair tire cover, LP tank cover, under body coating. This very cared for used camper still smells new inside and is VERY clean, the matress still has the plastic on itthe awning has never been used along with the grille and port a potty still in the box.
